Pakistani cuisine, especially in the North West Frontier Provinces (NWFP) and the North in general is very meat heavy and like Zeeshan mentioned very nose to tail with items like tongue, brain, lungs kidneys, marrow hooves (or paiya/pai), whole head etc (Mark Weins has some great vids on his channel about travelling through these regions and the chapli kebabs look amazing!). There is also studies from the early 20th century British military (Major-general Sir Robert McCarrison) that they recruited mostly the Pathans and Sikhs (from Pakistan region before partition) as they ate the most meat and hence had very strong robust physiques which proved an asset in the military while they avoided Madrasis and Bengalis who didn't eat red meat and hence weren't the most suitable for the types of soldiers they wanted (http://www.paleostyle.com/?p=2178). The Pathans in particular were noted to eat a lot of meat (NWFP are mostly Pathan/Pashtun) but the Sikhs had larger physical builds due to both meat and carbs in their diet. It's a very interesting read on the paleostyle website.
