Cool with the egg yolk in coffee, going to have to give that a go. Coffee can indeed be made more interesting by adding lots of stuff. 🙂
I have Sami heritage( nomadic reindeer herders in northern part of Scandinavia) and it's custom to add cheese in the coffee. It's a special kind of cheese that you finish making in the oven, almost like cheese cake. Traditionally it should be made out of the milk that is produced for the calf during the first couple of days( googled it, apparantly called colostrum milk in English), have different properties than regular milk. Also adding dried reindeer meat in coffee is a thing, gives a salty taste to the coffee.

I guess the take home message is basically that we should just go wild and add all kinds of "weird" stuff into our coffee. Happy sipping! 🙂

Explain the beef liver powder…does it taste like the real thing? Also calcium and manganese were a little low…do you compensate on other days or are those not necessary.

Learned something new here today: Beef Liver powder. I'm gonna check that out if they have it here in the Netherlands. So far I only see fishshops selling it, to lure carp with it.

That was great! I've been concerned about my potassium intake as I have been getting some killer leg cramps, the coffee looks really good, I'll have to try that when I get more collagen!
